Criollo is not a banquet hall, and that is exactly why it works. Tapas service means the food keeps coming, nobody waits on a plated entrée, and the room stays loud in the right way.

Dining room, bar, patio — or all three.
The dining room seats a long table under the horse relief. The bar handles a standing crowd. The patio has a fireplace and, on the right night, a s'mores station.
Menus are built to your party — a set list of pintxos and tasting plates, passed or family style, with cocktails and wine to match. Tell us the headcount and the mood and we'll come back with a plan.
